This is to inform you that Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur has announced an extension of the application deadline for admission to the PhD Programme in for the Academic Year 2026–27 under the Exempted/Entrance Examination Category (Full-Time/Part-Time).
The last date for submission of the online application, which was earlier scheduled for September 6, 2026, has now been extended up to September 14, 2026. Eligible candidates are encouraged to complete the registration and submit their applications within the extended deadline.
The Department offers 08 Full-Time and 04 Part-Time PhD seats. Candidates applying under the Part-Time category are required to have five years of service experience, while candidates under the Exempted Category may include those qualifying for JRF under UGC/CSIR-NET or other eligible national-level examinations, as specified in the admission notification.
