Release of Bibliophile by Hon. Vice Chancellor Prof. M. Krishnan

I am happy to inform you that the 3rd issue of Volume 4 of "Bibliophile" - an eNewsletter of the Department of Library & Information Science, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur has been released by Hon. Vice-Chancellor Prof. M. Krishnan on 30.03.2023. All the faculty members were present at the release function. Dr. Akhandanand Shukla, Head of the Department briefed about the Bibliophile during the release function.

Progression to Higher Education by Ms. Adeena M. K.

Dear All, 

This is to inform you that Ms. Adeena M K, MLIS pass-out student (2019-2021 batch) and alumnus of the Department of Library & Information Science, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur has been admitted to Ph.D. in Library & Information Science at Pondicherry University under the supervision of Dr. Rekha Rani Verghese. Prior to joining her Ph.D., she worked as Library Trainee at IIM Ahmedabad. She cleared UGC-JRF during December 2020 & June 2021 session examinations conducted by NTA.

Dear All, 

This is to inform you that Ms. Deepika R., M. Phil. pass out and alumnus of the Department of Library & Information Science, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur has been appointed as Professional Assistant at Learning Resource Centre, Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad on March 2022.
